Thai massage is a deeply nurturing and intuitive practice that supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing tension, and restoring balance. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this rhythmic, flowing massage combines gentle acupressure, assisted stretching, and breathwork to open energy pathways, increase flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.
At this retreat, each session is designed to honor the feminine body, inviting a sense of ease, connection, and healing. Whether you’re seeking grounding, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness, Thai massage offers a sacred space to listen to your body’s wisdom and receive.

Clothing that you can move and feel comfortable in for the whole weekend. Bathing suits, cover ups, and cozy items for evening times.
You might also enjoy having a bathrobe & slippers
Yoga mats and extra squishy items (bolsters, blankets, or sheepskins) for your extra comfort in the movement space.
Something to sit on around the fire (could be the same as your indoor yoga items ,or a camp chair, or a special outdoor blanket you enjoy.)
Your favorite toiletries-- PLEASE NO ARTIFICIAL FRAGRANCE including perfumes or oils. All natural essential oils welcome. This is very important as many have allergies that cause headache and nausea to artificial fragrance. Thank you for understanding.
Towels- think beach towels for lake time and a personal towel for showers/baths.
Journals, pen, and maybe some colored pencils or art supplies. Art supplies are totally optional but sometimes nice to have on hand to put your experiences to images, shapes or colors. There will be time for this after the Soma Movement Ceremony Saturday night.
An offering to the waters-- something small like a flower, tobacco, a tiny crystal. We will do a collective prayer for the waters of TN and beyond.
Non-toxic Mineral Sunscreen
Bug spray if they like you.
Ear plugs
Any personal items that bring you comfort (e.g., favorite tea, crystals)

Most importantly, remember that you have everything you need! Meaning don't stress out if you forget something or don't have it as we will be supporting each other with fulfilling our needs. If you have extra of something and it feels easeful, bring it and maybe you'll be able to help someone who forgot something! Sharing is caring and not stressing is a blessing ;D
