But somewhere along the way, the women's prayer with the waters were disrupted.
The wisdom of their body dismissed.
The power of their channel interrupted.
And the circle broken.
These women today come from all over, but they carry something in common...
an inking that all of life lives in their bodies,
and that healing is possible, especially, when we remember that together.
That doing this work together
—in sisterhood—
is an ancient revival.
They commune with their waters as a living intelligence—
so that the past no longer breeds pain or unconscious patterns,
but instead becomes a source of
power, expression, and support.
Whether it’s lineage work of the bloodline,
or tapping into the deep and unending support of the Ancient Ones
—stone, light, and of course, the memory of water—
we nourish, clear, and celebrate together.
In a private lakeside sanctuary in Flowery Branch, Georgia,
One hour from Atlanta & three hours from Chattanooga
SEP 19-22, 2025
Devoted to acknowledging and clearing inherited stories, reclaiming feminine essence, and returning to the sacred Source within.
All of your needs are lovingly held.
Organic meals, a curated flow, beautiful accommodations—everything is taken care of.
You don’t have to plan, manage, or make decisions.
You simply arrive. You soften. You receive.
And what you receive here will stay with you:
in your body, your nervous system, your voice.
In the friendships that form.
In the collaborations that spark.
In the lifelong web of women devoted to change and celebration from the inside out.
And that your life is part of something much greater.
You feel—or long to feel—a deeper connection to your lineage and the ancient ones through the waters, the elements, and the unseen realms.
You crave a return to your feminine essence—held in sisterhood, in honor of liberating your line.
You want to feel more alive in your body, your voice, your womb.
More powerful in your truth. More supported in your becoming.
You are here to deepen your autonomy and authenticity —to live more rooted, more real, more you.
You’re ready—or willing to dance with the fear— to ask for what you need, receive with grace, and be witnessed in your wholeness.
You love (or want to love) the sacred art of dancing.
You know you’re here to heal—not just for yourself, but for your family lines, the earth, and the generations to come.
At Soul Spa, we work with tools that awaken the body, soften the heart, and reconnect you with something much older than words.
These modalities are woven intuitively throughout the weekend to support emotional unwinding, nervous system repair, feminine reclamation, and ancestral remembrance.
Some of the tools you'll experience include:
✧ Ceremonial Dance – intuitive movement to honor, express, and transform ancestral memory
✧ Somatic Movement – body-led practices that release tension, restore presence, and invite deeper listening
✧ Breathwork – to move emotion, energize, and integrate
✧ Voicework & Sound – unlocking the truth in your throat and the healing power of vibration
✧ Elemental Rituals – working with fire, water, earth, and air to deepen connection and release
✧ Sisterhood Circles – practicing the sacred art of witnessing and being witnessed
✧ The Soul Spa Ceremony – a full-day experience of receiving: masks, massage, water, touch, reflection, and desire
✧ Ancestral Inquiry – gentle ways to explore your bloodline and energetic inheritance
These tools are supported by the sacred setting—
a private lakeside sanctuary
surrounded by trees, water, and the spaciousness to
fully exhale.
This is the flow of our days together.
powerful, immersive, and designed for deep transformation and celebration!
Each day arcs through somatic practices, ritual, movement, and ancestral work.
We move together, feel together, and release together.
And while the work is potent, it’s never rushed.
There’s time built in for:
nourishing meals, self-reflection, integration and communion with the land.

Ashtara is the creatress of Soul Spa, a seasonal retreat series that centers the feminine, restores the sacred, and reminds us of what it feels like to be truly witnessed and held in sisterhood.
When she’s not guiding retreats, she’s DJing ecstatic dance floors, creating ritual soundscapes, and helping others reclaim joy through the wisdom of the body.
Katie is living proof of how dance is medicine and how embodiment can be a pathway to healing and reclaiming our power and joy. Her strongest prayer is for all humans to embody shamelessness and overcome self-sabotage and people-pleasing.
Katie is a trauma-informed Embodiment Guide, Intuitive Healer, Tantric Facilitator, and Tao Tantric Chi Gong Instructor, fusing 11 years of experience with Mindfulness, Meditative Embodiment, Tantra, Taoism, Chi Gong, Ecstatic Dance, Contact Improv, Intuitive Energy Healing, Theta Healing, and Self-Sabotage Reprogramming.

Yoga mats and extra squishy items (bolsters, blankets, or sheepskins) for your extra comfort in the movement space.

Absolutely. Whether you're new to retreats or have attended many, all practices are designed to be accessible and adaptable. As mentioned, there is no experience required in dance, embodiment, or chi gong. Our teachings are designed to meet and expand women who have a lot of experience while also being accessible for women that are new to these practices. We are always reading the room to see how everyone is doing and ensuring the highest level of flow and experience for both the individual and the whole.

You can also use your purchase for a credit to a future event if you cannot find someone to take your space. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or special needs. Goodness forbid, if there is a life-threatening emergency, we will consider this.
Secure your place by completing the registration form and making your payment in full or first payment and auto-payment for the remaining 2 payments. Spaces are very limited (9 participants + 3 facilitators) to ensure an intimate experience.
